For several years now Project 1619 has been hosting an annual commemorative ceremony in Hampton, Virginia in memory and honoring many of the first enslaved African Ancestors brought into America over 400 years ago. Project 1619 brings the Queen Mothers in to facilitate Ancestral Cleansing and Healing the intergenerational trauma within the cellular bodies of people who attend from all over America.
